Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to the UK, EU, and USA routinely through our website.

We can ship to other locations by request, please contact us via the website contact form for this service. 

Shipping Rates:
We offer flat-rate shipping within the UK for £4.99. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping, as do subscription orders of our Cycling Legends Illustrated book series for UK based customers only - both via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

For shipping to the EU a flat rate is applied to each country, this rate is ~£5-6 or ~€6-7 depending on location and current exchange rate (rates accurate as of November 2024). 

For shipping to the USA there is a flat rate of $9.99 applied to each order. This increased rate reflects higher shipping costs to supply customers in the United States. 

Processing Times:
Orders placed on a working day (UK) prior to 3pm will be shipped the same day when choosing the DPD shipping option.*

Orders placed on a working day (UK) prior to 4pm will be shipped the same day when choosing the Royal Mail shipping option.* 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, or after the above cut off times, will be processed on the next business day.

Some orders are made on a pre-order basis. In these cases, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of us receiving stock. 

*Excludes posters. 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We use Royal Mail and DPD for all shipments in the UK. Estimated delivery times:

We use Royal Mail Tracked delivery for all shipments to outside the UK. Estimated delivery times: 

  • EU: 3-5 business days
  • USA: 6-7 business days

Delivery

If you or the person to whom something is going to be delivered gives a courier permission (for a particular order or generally) to leave parcels in your porch, shed or similar, or with a neighbour; or it is the practice of the delivery company to leave a parcel and photograph it, or do an unattended delivery; or someone in your house (other than you) accepts/signs for them, then the goods will be treated as delivered by us and risk that they disappear or you never get them passes at that point. Similarly if the courier company has a policy of attempting to redeliver a certain number of times before requiring you to visit their depot, or sending them back to us, then once they have tried the agreed number of times it's over to you to collect them. If they come all the way back to us we will try to contact you to find out why. Eventually (after a minimum of 30 days) we have the right to dispose of the goods or (at our option) put them back into stock, in each case without refund.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Customs declarations, duties and taxes have all been paid for and arranged with your order to anywhere in the UK, EU or USA. There should be no import fees required to be paid when you receive an order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
